Overview
Purpose of this role:
The Office Manager plays a critical role supporting our rapidly growing business by managing / administering the cross-functional administration and operation of the business. Additionally, the Office Manager coordinates all Community Engagement on behalf of the company. Reporting to the General Manager as a full-time role, the Office Manager will assist in supporting the business in the areas of People Operations, Community Engagement, Accounting, and Office Management primarily, and IT, and Business Operations as needed.
What you will do in this role:
Primary Role Responsibilities:
- Employee support, including:
- Coordinating Candidate Interviews with operations leaders
- New Hire Onboarding
- Employee Offboarding
- Maintain office communications and compliance boards
- Ensure Data Integrity with all Employee-Related information in ADP, Service Titan, Samba, and other systems.
- Answer or direct general employee questions
- Escalating Employee Relations issues to Regional Employee Services Team
- Community Engagement
- Manage strategic partnerships with local business chambers, community organization, college and/or professional sports teams
- Plan and execute events and activations with community partners with a goal of at least 1-2 external events a month
- Be an internal champion of community marketing by being a visible presence and hosting at least 1 employee event a quarter
- Effectively communicate with internal teams and media outlets
- Report on community and media exposure
- Lead social listening initiatives across (your business) market area
- Graphic design and editing on emails and social media
- Manage a marketing budget and track ROI on spend
- Accounting Support:
- Manage Accounts Receivable
- Manage and process Employee Expense Reports
- Manage Cash and Bank Deposits
- General Office Management and Administrative Support:
- Manage vendor and facility relationships
- Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
- Ordering and maintaining general supplies
- Assisting leadership in planning and executing employee events
Secondary Role Responsibilities:
- IT/Technology Support:
- Assist with the ordering, distribution, tracking, and management of IT equipment and assets, such as laptops, PCs, printers, iPads, phones, and other technology
- Coordinate and manage IT support and equipment repairs
- Business Operations Support:
- Oversee Financing Programs
- Oversee licensing
- Additional duties as assigned.

- 2 to 4 years Office experience • Self-starter with the ability to work both autonomously as well as under direction• Strong detail-orientation with the ability to multi-task as needed• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal• Positive, conscientious, team player who can effortlessly collaborate on teams and project lead as needed• Operates with a high degree of integrity and professionalism• Clear background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
Financial:
- Development and execution of strategy producing revenue
- Impacts and increases key metrics including conversion percentage, average invoice, PM plans
Customer Satisfaction:
- Implement systems, training and accountability to be “gold standard” with service and quality
- Impact and improve key metrics including NPS, reduction of callbacks. etc

- Create culture and systems to teach, train and develop an industry leading staff

Qualifications
- 3 years Management/Supervisory experience required (Home Services, Sales Manager, Construction Management, or Military Leadership experience)
- 3 years’ experience managing revenue, budgeting and/or P&L required
- Leader in current field of work
- Skilled Trades and/or Residential Services experience a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking, risk analysis and develop solutions
Salary & Benefits:
- General Managers typically earn $80,000 - $100,000 in their first year, with financial upside as the business grows
