Title:
Program Analyst, MST
KBR's Defense Systems Engineering, Naval Solutions Division is proactively seeking a Program Analyst, MST in Patuxent River, MD, to support PMA-280, Tomahawk Weapons System (TWS) program office Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) (Contingent Upon Contract Award). Your work with PMA-280 supports the nation's premier, all-weather, long-range, deep-strike offensive weapon against fixed and mobile targets and the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS). This position requires candidates to be able to work on-site at Patuxent River Naval Air Station (NAS), MD.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. The position requires working collaboratively in a team environment, coordinating with various stakeholders, and managing external relationships effectively. It is desired to be able to think and speak clearly, present ideas effectively, and negotiate with people at all levels of organizational hierarchy.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: BA/BS degree
Certifications: Must have a DAWIA Practitioner in Program Management Certification or equivalent industry certification.
Must have an active Secret Clearance and be eligible to obtain & maintain a Top Secret Clearance.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience, which includes utilizing project management tools to conduct schedule analysis, track and coordinate technical requirements, documentation, and briefing packages, manage and lead cost estimating and budgeting, understand earned value management, and lead risk and opportunity management processes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The candidate is desired to have effective project management skills to develop, plan, analyze, and execute projects across the full system life cycle.
