KBX Technology Solutions, LLC, a provider of transportation technology to industry leaders, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our DnA (Data and Analytics) team. In this role you will help serve four groups within the DnA team to help ensure seamless practices. Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily scrum activities, while also taking a lead role in defining, developing, implementing, and improving Agile methodologies. As Scrum Master, you will be empowered to tackle and resolve impediments as they arise, promoting collaboration and a culture of accountability and transparency at all organization levels.

Our Team
The DnA team is looking for a skilled Scrum Master to coach and help the team focus on creating high-value increments between internal (KBX partners) and external (vendors). In this role, the Scrum Master will work closely with Automation, Analytics, Data Engineering, Data implementation teams to guide agile teams that provide data and analytic products to create long term value and insights.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with four distinct groups within the DnA team to facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily scrum activities, ensuring alignment with Agile best practices.
- Take a proactive role in shaping and improving Agile methodologies, ensuring they are tailored to the unique needs of each team.
- Identify and swiftly resolve impediments and roadblocks that hinder the team's progress, enabling seamless workflow and productivity.
- Help promote a culture of accountability and transparency by encouraging open communication and collaboration among team members, emphasizing the importance of shared goals and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters within the organization to ensure alignment of Agile practices, fostering consistency and best practices across teams.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives, backlog grooming and implementing action items to enhance team performance, product quality, and overall effectiveness.
- Understand the core foundation of the DnA team, assisting in aligning development efforts with the overall technology landscape.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience working in the software development lifecycle
- Experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives
- Experience mentoring and coaching project team in Scrum and Agile processes
- Experience working with Product Owners and Product Managers to prioritize user stories
- Experience maintaining product backlog and sprint backlog
What Will Put You Ahead
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience working with product managers, product owners and scrum teams
- Experience mentoring and coaching project team in Scrum and Agile processes
- Experience leading technical teams
- Experience with product road mapping tools
- Azure DevOps experience
- Aha! experience
- Scrum Master Certification
For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000 - $130,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
