KC Store Fixtures is hiring for the position of Inside Sales Account Executive to support and grow our client base. We are in an expansion phase seeking to grow and enhance our current sales team.

Job Duties:
- Answer inbound sales calls and informational inquiries
- Enter, update and maintain daily sales orders and client information into the sales system (NetSuite)
- Assist showroom clients with orders, custom design and store design projects
- Develop and nurture key sales accounts
- Follow up on inbound leads and sales inquiries
- Respond to client inquiries and emails regarding logistical quotes, tracking and delivery matters
- Monitor competitive product offerings and recommend new products or services based on marketplace review
- Maintain showroom displays and product rotation
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- Must have retail sales experience
- PC proficiency - NetSuite or Salesforce experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal expertise with a customer-focused approach
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Four-year college degree (preferred not required)
