PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Work in the interesting and complex world of class action services and learn from one of the top administrative-support providers in the country. We are currently looking for bright and ambitious individuals to fill the position of Cash Management Specialist. The Cash Management Specialist will be primarily responsible for daily reconciliation of bank account variances, daily cash management activity and bank account administration. The reconciliation responsibility will interact with most business areas and banks. The role will also need to have the ability to generate reports on account balances and activity as well as perform ad hoc reporting for both internal and external distribution. In addition, it is important that the Cash Management Specialist has the ability to respond to inquiries in a timely manner and work diligently to continuously drive process improvement.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Reconcile all banking activity daily, utilizing KCC’s cash management platform, TFS, to ensure accuracy of cash flows
Assist in bank account administration including the opening and closing of accounts as well as maintenance on current accounts as changes arise
Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly reports for the Treasury team to provide insight on account balances and activity across all lines of business
Respond to inquiries from other departments and assist the Treasury team in keeping the shared mailbox up to date
Prepare routine ad hoc reports for both internal and external distribution, including but not limited to, transactional reports, bank compliance reports, and miscellaneous cash management reports
Utilize various bank portals to monitor user access and perform annual access audits
Participate in continuous process improvement activities to maximize efficiency and drive automation of core related Treasury functions
Attend required meetings, both internal and external, and provide necessary updates as requested
