Where You Come In:
KCF Technologies is seeking participants in many areas of study to contribute to our high-performing teams as part of the Future Innovators Internship Program . This 10-week, full-time paid program June 3 – August 9 will take place at our KCF Headquarters in-person, or remotely, depending on where home is for you and what your position is. With our work from home, work from anywhere policy, the choice of where to work is yours for most of our roles!
Our home base is our headquarters in State College, PA, but you will find KCF Teammates spread across 27 different U.S. States with our flexible remote model. We give you the autonomy to define how and where you do your best work!
As a Graphic Design Intern you will have the opportunity to be an essential part of the team—leading projects of your own, brainstorming creative and innovative Marketing ideas, and collaborating across departments.

- A Formal Letter of Intent. This is not your typical cover letter. Please submit a 1-page essay, or other creative medium, reflecting on your interest in the KCF Future Innovators Internship Program and why you feel this opportunity is a good fit for your skillset. Get creative! Do not be afraid to think outside of the box—this is the Marketing Team after all!
- Please submit a portfolio of work if applicable. This can include copywriting, video, photography, and design work depending on your area(s) of interest and expertise.
- We will be evaluating applications from mid-September through early-November.
Essential Functions:
- Support Marketing campaign planning and execution.
- Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other Marketing collateral.
- Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for Marketing channels.
- Participate in Marketing brainstorming sessions.
- Execute brand management techniques and strategies.
- Take part in formal and informal training opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, or other related degree program, entering their Junior or Senior year.
- Successful completion of introductory courses in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or equivalent.
- Previous experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and WordPress is a plus!
- Applied understanding of basic Advertising/Marketing principles.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starting, and independent thinking habits in a team environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and attention-to-detail.
