- Manage tickets assigned to them from our ServiceNow instance within pre-defined SLAs consistent across all Golub Capital Offices.
- Desk set ups (monitors, docking stations, etc.)
- PC imaging for new hires
- Assistance with MS productivity tools (O365, Teams for Biz, etc.)
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Assistance with mobile devices (iPhones and iPads)
- Printers and other peripherals
