Job Description

Looking for a candidate who can accomplish the following things. It’s someone who an engineering manager type who’s brought in near-shore (South American engineering vendors) The client needs a person who can:

 

- Guide and help the team on how to manage outsourced contractors

- Share best culture practices to ensure that we are able to effectively leverage offshore contractors

- Share work practices to ensure that the language and time zone barriers don’t come in the way

- Share mgmt practices on how to review the work, share feedback, etc. done by offshore contractors

- How do you prevent an us vs them bias creep
