What are the responsibilities and job description for the Netsuite Administrator position at Keap?
As an ERP NetSuite Administrator you will focus on improving processes and adoption using the Netsuite platform. The administrator will work closely with Business Systems Analysts (BSA), organizational units, and subject matter experts to develop and deploy new business processes, create actionable reports, and be an expert in the field of ERP systems. The ERP NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for the execution of the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our ERP platform.
The Work:
- Partner with Business Systems Analysts (BSA) to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Support day-to-day Fiance, Accounting, Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and Support business transactions and processes in NetSuite, as well as systems integrated with NetSuite (Salesforce, Chargebee, Data Lakes, etc)
- Best practice implementation and planned
- Design, document, build, test, deploy, and maintain enhancements to NetSuite custom objects, validation rules, page layouts, workflows, and reports
- Strong partnership with the Internal Systems development team (Salesforce, Netsuite, Chargebee, etc)
- Strong change management and communication skills
- Balance the workload of delivering Quick Enhancement (Tactical/Run the Business) as compared to large scale projects (Strategic).

Education and Experience:
- 4-year college degree in MIS, CIS, Business or related field
- Minimum of 4 years direct ERP Administration work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience using Netsuite or similar ERP software
- Solid experience with Netsuite workflows, report/search creation, configuration and customizations using built-in methods as well as SuiteScript.
- A strategic innovator that creates effective solutions to operational challenges
- Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- Working experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, or other enterprise related software experience
- Knowledge of SaaS business processes (Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Product
- Training or Work experience in an Agile development team
Ideally, you will possess:
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes
- Knowledge of General Accounting Principles
- Working knowledge of revenue recognition practices
- Understanding or willing to level up on CRM administrative knowledge
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy; ability to make effective decisions and solve problems with urgency
- Ability to understand and retain process quickly
- Experience documenting processes/reports and the ability to train on those processes
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively
