What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager position at Keatman Inc?
Holiday Time is in search of a well-organized, former or retired police officer with exceptional time-management skills to oversee operations at a yearly holiday event. The general manager supervises associates and manages day-to-day operations over his or her designated location. This is a seasonal position starting mid-September and continuing until early January.
Responsibilities:
The general manager will:
– Assist with hiring, scheduling, onboarding and training of associates
– Be willing to travel to other locations in the general area as needed
– Be responsible for ensuring a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for all guests
– Generate daily sales reports for management executives
– Report all issues regarding customers, staff, or attraction operations to management executives
– Ensure installation and teardown of attractions are on schedule and follow pre-written design plans
Requirements:
– Must have a valid US driver’s license
– Must have reliable transportation
– Former and/or current law enforcement experience preferred

This is a SEASONAL position lasting from mid-September through early January.
