Job Responsibilities
- 21 years of age or older to comply with federal and state regulations.
- You will directly manage all aspects of your sales territory.
- Visiting and communicating with customer accounts on a weekly basis.
- Maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
- Prospecting for new business and closing sales with new accounts.
- Expand your product knowledge and presentation skills.
- Superior customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with buyers.
- Personal vehicle - A car is a plus and you will receive a car allowance.
- Bar, restaurant, hospitality, or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- Establish and maintain a professional sales relationship with key retailers within the territory. Visiting accounts (on and off-premise) to promote and educate about our beer
- Hosting retailer staff education on-site, or at the brewery
- Scheduling & attending events such as tap-takeovers & beer dinners
- Regular communication and collaboration with the Company Management
- Utilize and input daily activity into a sales management application
- Manage, schedule, and train brand ambassadors while they are working.
- Maintain all schedules, reports, and information for brand ambassadors
Qualifications
- Sales or hospitality industry experience
- Position requires computer proficiency
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Good driving record and Personal Liability auto insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
