- Lead the development and analysis of technical solutions for large-scale facilities with intricate systems and infrastructure.
- Provide leadership and support in managing complex technical programs and projects.
- Apply advanced principles and theories to effectively navigate complex systems.
- Maintain high standards of quality for all deliverables, aligning with established metrics and objectives.
- Strategically plan and execute research, design development, and other critical assignments.
- Oversee technical and engineering aspects of major initiatives.
- Facilitate coordination among diverse stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery.
- Monitor and recommend design considerations, evaluating associated costs, schedules, and technical implications.
- Provide strategic counsel, technical expertise, and guidance to project personnel.
- Conduct thorough analyses and evaluations, offering actionable recommendations for mission-critical endeavors.
- Lead comprehensive studies and data analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
- Communicate technical information clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
- 15 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Master of Science/Master of Engineering (mandatory). Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
