Clinical Liaison Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Team leader to care coordinators.
  • Care Coordination for patients as needed.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as training new hires, weekly modeling of efficiency. etc.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Ensures operation software and updating and evaluating new software.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for marketing supplies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

This is a full-time position 30 to 40 hours per week. Pay is hourly commensurate with licensure ranging from $14.50 to $16.00 starting, bonus available to exceptional performers. Physician on call services is provided after probation period as well as a major medical health insurance.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Clinical licensure MA/CAN/LPN/RN
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Valid driver’s license and clinical license.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
