Clinical Liaison Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Team leader to care coordinators.
- Care Coordination for patients as needed.
- Carries out administrative duties such as training new hires, weekly modeling of efficiency. etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
- Ensures operation software and updating and evaluating new software.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for marketing supplies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
This is a full-time position 30 to 40 hours per week. Pay is hourly commensurate with licensure ranging from $14.50 to $16.00 starting, bonus available to exceptional performers. Physician on call services is provided after probation period as well as a major medical health insurance.
