HR Manager

Keevado, one of the largest reverse logistics companies in the world, is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented HR Manager to join their team in Gallatin, TN 37066. With 500 employees across the Southeast, Keevado moves quickly and expects everyone to keep pace. As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and effectively.

Your responsibilities will include managing HR programs that are designed to attract and retain top talent by highlighting our core values of Fun, Innovation, Growth, Mindset, and Integrity. You will work closely with other departments, such as Operations and Finance, to ensure that HR needs are met and aligned with business objectives. In addition, you will collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to set and align goals that encourage employee engagement and innovation. To help foster a culture of innovation, we offer training opportunities and have regular stakeholder meetings to set and align goals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience, sound judgment, discretion, integrity, and proficiency in utilizing a company-wide HRMS/HRIS. You should be able to work collaboratively with senior management and stakeholders and possess a strategic mindset. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be agile-minded, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
