Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Establish and develop customer relationships and follow up with customers
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing verification
- Become familiar with products, services, and systems
- Contribute to agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling, and new initiatives
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
Requirements:
- Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses (must be able to obtain)
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Good operational computing skill (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Internet Browsers)
- Work well with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational skills

- Clean background
