About Role
We're growing and looking for an Agent Service Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service and ability to web-based real estate technology platforms. The Agent Service Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing inbound consumer and agent inquiries (phone, mail, email), assisting agents with technology, and ensuring that all requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner. This position is at the center of office life for our agents and staff -- acting as part traffic cop, part cat-herder, and part problem-solver -- and requires an individual who is detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating agent services tasks for leadership and agents
- Provide information, tech support, and resources to agents needing help
- Assist leadership in coordinating activities, events, and classes
- Maintain accurate records for various office workflows
- Support Director of Operations in maintaining a consistent level of day-to-day workflow, maintenance of facilities, and general office operations
Examples of Daily/Weekly Activities:
- Manage/Route mail and deliveries
- Manage/Route incoming calls and emails to agents or staff
- Maintain the appearance of office
- Stock kitchen and office supplies
- Running weekly agent brochures as requested
- Assist and support Team Leader with recruiting activities
- Assist Market Center Administrator with reporting/workflow
- Act as Lead Contact for new agents onboarding
- Meeting with agents who need guidance or training on our proprietary CRM or workflow
- Prepare training room technology for classes, events, and team meetings
- Weekly check-ins with Director of Operations and Agents Services in other offices
Real estate experience is not required. A passion for office and business administration, and for creating and maintaining an environment of positivity, excellence, and achievement within the office is. We will provide plenty of initial and ongoing training. This is a nimble, fun, and energetic office growing our agent count, and pride ourselves on calling each other our KW Family!

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
