An expanding local Real Estate office is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team. This position is responsible for leading the office and recruiting real estate agents. 80% of this role is recruiting real estate agents. You will have a quota you must hit. And for that, you will be rewarded with huge opportunities to grow yourself and your wealth.

This person is typically is a top-producing licensed REALTOR and has a track record of leadership. Alternatively, they have a track record of sales in a related industry. They exhibit a contagious enthusiasm and have a core drive to inspire others to achieve.
This person has strong communication skills and naturally connects with others. They understand their local market and have a deep passion for helping other agents succeed through proven systems and models.
The right person will have an expectation of recruiting to grow market share and consulting with the top 20 percent of agents to set their goals and direct them to productivity solutions.
They are learning-based leaders who embrace succeeding through others, bottom-up leadership, and team-building.
They have at least 3-5 years of real estate sales experience or leading a sales team in a related field. They understand basic business and financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls), as well as how to support others in making significant business decisions. A minimum of 2-3 years of management experience leading diverse teams of salespeople, employees, and other leaders preferred.
This individual will likely have a proven track record of successfully leveraging social media to build a following of other influencers, amplify brand awareness, create conversations around key initiatives, generate leads for services, and build culture through community.
Compensation:
$60,000-75,000 per year base bonus resulting in $90,000 to $150,000 total compensation, which does go higher with time in the role.
Responsibilities:
Top 20% of the Job
- Actively engage, attract, and retain top associates through business consulting, disruptive training, social media, and KW technology. Expectation is two appointments a day, 10 a week and 40 a month. (Others do help you hit these numbers.)
- Consult the Top 20% of agents to increase productivity and profitability, and to provide value
- Lead the other members of the leadership team to execute on the value delivery to agents and achieve the goals of the office
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, set expectations, and hold regular accountability sessions with the Leadership Team
- Ensure execution of disruptive training and coaching deliverables for associates based on key areas of business and associates’ needs
- Seek and foster relations with aligned partners to increase company profit and maintain a network of expert professionals to provide high-value services to associates
- Effectively communicate and drive adoption of companies value proposition as it relates to associates’ businesses, goals, and/or needs
- Be a leading presence at sales meetings, agent social, charity, and recognition/award events and industry functions
- Lead the top associates and ensure members’ growth in productivity and profitability
- Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete in partnership with OP
- Ensure the office is profitable, keeping tight fiscal control over operating expenses
- Actively drive, protect, and represent our culture

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Real estate knowledge, experience, and skill with emphasis on residential real estate and real estate investment
- Proven track record as a social media influencer with demonstrated ability to drive engagement

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
