Our 90-day Agent Training will place you in the fast lane and allow you to grow your career in Real Estate quickly and with confidence! While in training you will learn the fundamental skills, habits, and techniques needed to truly become a mogul in the industry: all while building your own personal pipeline of business that will launch your career with real momentum coming off training.

Responsibilities

Key Activities:

• Develops expert knowledge regarding local market conditions and pricing trends
• Conducting listing and buying consultations with clients resulting in signed agreements
• Work directly with the admin team that assists with closing coordination and listing coordination
• Provides high-level fiduciary advice on pricing and offer strategies
• Becomes a master negotiator for buyer and seller clients
• Negotiate initial offers and repairs that may come up
• Attend all mandatory team meetings
• Attend training and educational opportunities regularly
• Attend client and team appreciation events
