What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Listing Manager position at Keller Williams Realty?
The Listing Manager is the voice and direction behind-the-scenes for the team and manages from pre-listing to closing on the sale side and from foundation to close on tour new construction inventory. They report directly to and work hand-in-hand with the DOO to ensure that the sales team and clients have all the tools, knowledge, and guidance necessary to execute a seamless 5-star experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Systems - Create, Develop, Own & Maintain:
- Systems to support efficiency and accuracy throughout the life of the transaction.
- Up to date information in all CRM systems to ensure accurate sales data.
- Checklists in Dotloop to ensure 100% compliance with all documents according to the NCREC.
- Systems/spreadsheets for outstanding items and tasks undelivered by agents.
- Checklist/task list of all reviews. If no review is sent, escalate to DOO.
JOB DUTIES
- Communication: Ensure that clients, cooperative agents, title, lender, and other partners are apprised of all contractual developments within 2 business hours (goal). The most critical component of this is communication with buyers, lenders, and title upon ratification of a new contract.
- Documentation: Document all case updates in the CRM and transaction processing system.
- Client satisfaction: Obtain written reviews and testimonials for the team, on Facebook or Google for more than 90% of the closed transactions. Maintain a 5-star review on at least 95% of all reviews.
- Contracts: Ensure that all contracts are complete and compliant with Keller Williams and KW Market Center standards. Have contracts processed prior to the settlement of each contract.
- Record Keeping: Maintain all case files, including sales contracts, addenda, inspections, invoices, reimbursable expenses, and settlement statements in Google Drive; update client records in CRM database.
- Documentation: Provide current information for all manuals and systems used to train staff and agents on contract to close processes.
- Events: Attend regular team and occasional brokerage meetings, Keller Williams Family Reunion, Regional events, and other events as requested by leadership. Participate in staff retreats and engagement events.
- Education: Attend ongoing education events twice per year. Become licensed in all jurisdictions that the Team services, and maintain continuing education requirements.
- Accountability: Meet weekly with all sales staff and DOO individually as a recurring appointment.
- Harmony: Build and maintain a time-blocking habit to manage work and personal time, resulting in great work-life harmony.
- Reviews & Referrals: Maintain contact with friends, family, and acquaintances to support the sales business and increase supplemental income to yourself.

Pay: $32,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
