Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business by proactively reaching out to potential customers and responding to incoming leads and referrals. Responsibilities

• Utilize excellent relationship-building talents and create trust with the client. Ensure transparency, honesty, and empathy in interactions.
• Respond to incoming leads and referrals to generate new business
• Advise and Educate prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals. 
• Address the client’s concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally. 
• Achieve or surpass sales expectations and objectives established by management.

Requirements

• Missouri Property and Casualty License. Insurance Sales experience is a Bonus! (Will cover 100% costs of licensing)
• 1 years of demonstrated success in sales or related industries.
• Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
• Illustrates the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision
• Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
• Ambitious self-starter with the ability to work independently to hit targets and collaborate with team members.
