We are seeking two team minded people with a "whatever it takes" attitude for our open full-time groundskeeping position at Kelly Farms.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Report to the Property Manager each morning and evening and as required for work assignments
- Report any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the Property Manager
- Meticulously maintains curb appeal
- Walk grounds daily disposing of any debris not disposed of properly
- Cleaning of common areas including breezeways, parking lots, amenities, bathrooms, etc
- Operate compactor
- Maintain pool facilities during appropriate season
- Assist maintenance staff as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Self motivated and highly reliable is a must
- Strong customer service/satisfaction philosophy
- Capability to work in inclement weather
- On call 24 hours per day in winter for snow removal and may include holidays
- Professional appearance
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Dexterity to operate simple mechanical equipment
- Own reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends if needed
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
