What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analyst position at Kelly?
As a Sales Support Specialist placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the following:
Daily Operations:
Subject Matter Expert(SME)
- Provides on hours and on call support to support field inventory returns
- Expert on SAP, JJCC, Optimizer, Lighthouse.
- Primary point person for Day to Day Business Inquiries that have been escalated
- Key Account Management
- Resolves or refers all escalated sales issues to leadership team
- Perform routine trending on all order issues and concerns
- Investigate all identified trends and brings to the attention of management
- Develop appropriate resolutions for all trends
- Runs key reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, annual basis, performs necessary analytics and addresses any concerns.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Associates Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of in depth business knowledge and customer focus
- Experience in Distribution or Logistics
- Proficient with Excel, Access, FileMaker Pro
- Adept organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
- Works independently.
- Able to influence without direct reporting responsibility
- Key Account Management Skills
- Serves as subject matter expert for the business
- Advanced problem solving and analytical experience.
- Prior working experience working in real-time environment, managing achievement of competing priorities and deadlines and/or case coverage.
- Strong analytical, working knowledge of Lean methodology and/or certification preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership as well as proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partnerships.
- Strong expertise in MS Office application and Internet navigation
- Strong computer skills and ability to utilize specialized software and customized programs to meet business needs.
- Business knowledge of other functional areas such as Sales & Marketing, Finance, Quality,
- Demonstrate and inspire the behaviors that reinforce Our Credo
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, compliance and accountability
- Develop insights into the needs of particular sales markets
- Be insight-driven to uncover unmet needs
