Responsibilities
- Production duties as assigned by Team Coach and Team Leader
- Setup workstation
- Assist in changeover and Lean procedures
- Visual inspection of work in process and finished product
- Check process and finished parts using checking fixtures and gauges
- Understand the safe operation of all equipment.
- Follow quality, production, safety standards, and ISO and Company procedures.
- Highlight concerns and identify opportunities for improvement.
- High School / GED required
- Must be able to lift 45lbs
- Ability to use required hand tools and air guns
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact with people
- Effective communication skills as well as good written skills.
