What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bag Breaking Operator position at Kelly?
Kelly is currently hiring for Bag Breaking Operator for one of our top manufacturing clients in Plymouth, IN. They are an industry leader responsible for manufacturing products including corn, sorghum, soybeans, wheat, alfalfa, and sunflower. Corteva is looking for individuals like you to support their Return/Rework and Packaging seasons.
2nd shift, training on 1st: Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM
A typical day includes:
- Lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs onto conveyor
- Must have excellent listen skills and be able to follow directions from the Rework Coordinator to prevent a possible mix of materials.
- Daily cleaning, repackaging bag seed, and other manual labor tasks
- Collaborating on a team with other team members
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Schedule: M-F, 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm)(Training on 1st)
This position may be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Can safely lift 50lbs, and to stand, walk, kneel, or bend throughout shift
- Are comfortable completing manual labor consistently
- Flexibility to do shift work and overtime including nights and weekends to meet business needs during peak season

- NEW Pay Rate at $16.00/hour
- $1 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd
