Our client will train you to be a Broker Assistant and give you the opportunity to grow with them while offering promotional opportunities to skyrocket your career!
Shifts available:
- Monday - Friday : 6:00am until 3:00 pm
Starting pay as a Broker Assistant:
- $19/hr

What is a typical day as a Broker Assistant?
- Obtain timely updates from the carriers to ensure our loads are in the proper status, troubleshoot all load issues until completion.
- Obtain billing information from third party carriers to ensure we properly bill our customers.
- Complete reports which include verifying loads, service exceptions, pre-notes.
- Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values.
This Broker Assistant position might be an outstanding fit if you have:
- a High School/GED or equivalent work experience. Minimum of one year relatable work experience.
- Effective listening, written and oral communication skills, and the ability to develop professional relationships.
- Proven influencing skills, resulting in a positive outcome.
- Strong initiative, work well in a dynamic, fast paced environment and able to work independently with little supervision.
