Pay: $25/hour
Shifts Available:
- Hybrid - 2 days in the office and 3 days remote/home office (Will need to work at the office every day during the first 4-6 weeks of introductory training).
- Option to work in the office every day, if preferred
- What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Specialist? You’ll be:
- Providing quotes and information about products
- Managing heavy order entry and daily order management
- Researching, responding, and issuing customer complaints and credits
- Expediting urgent orders
- Preparing and manipulating reports
- Communicating with a large volume of people inside and outside the organization
- Utilizing Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of the ERP system, SAP
