What’s a typical day as a Customer Support Specialist? You’ll be:
- Providing answers to internal or external client questions, complaints, or suggestions about the company's service or product
- Providing specific information regarding the services, products, or materials offered by the company
- Answering phones
- Providing troubleshooting information
- Have the ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have experience in a support services environment
- Have call center customer service experience
- Have the ability to de-escalate calls
- Have the ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities
- Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
