Data Inventory Analyst
Location: Solon, OH, 44139 (on-site)
Duration: 3 months possible extensions
Kelly Technology is currently recruiting for an Analyst to help with a special project focused uploading Safety Data Sheets into SAP Inventory Management System. The ideal candidate will have experience working with multiple stakeholders/business units to gather information, document data and upload into SAP or other relevant ERP system. Prior experience performing inventory management is a plus but not required. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Analyst will gather Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) from multiple departments, inventory and then save each SDS with the name of the chemical. Then upload the SDS in SAP. A Safety Data Sheets inventory will be completed and managed thought the process to make sure all are uploaded and completed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, with a high degree of tact and courtesy in dealing with others
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Adept at developing and maintaining detailed administrative and procedural processes
Ability to manage sensitive, complex, confidential information
Strong computer skills; knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite
Detail oriented, with good organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy
Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, manage time, problem solve, and work independently as well as part of a team are crucial
High energy and eagerness to demonstrate personal initiative
