The Digital Solution Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting the OnStar Vehicle Insights Dealer sales strategies and goals. The purpose of this role is to work with the leads received from the various field sales teams and other channels through a consultative sales model. In addition, provide field support, convert on sales through in/outbound call campaigns, and facilitate the activation of dealerships & ongoing account/relationship management duties. This team member will be an integral part of the OnStar Vehicle Insights Dealer team and work closely with team members in Global Innovation, OnStar, and other teams.

What’s a typical day as Digital Solution Sales Rep like? You will:

  • Work closely with Dealership customers to ensure an effective relationship that will enhance loyalty and customer retention
  • Capture all Dealer contacts in Salesforce
  • Lead management and contact strategies
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the OnStar Vehicle Insights Dealer experience and share with the product team
  • Lead dealer customers through onboarding and sales processes
  • Provide technical support and expectations of the next steps
  • Ability to take or make call volumes as directed by the business need

This might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a Highschool Diploma/GED, College degree or equivalent work experience strongly preferred
  • Understand how Dealerships operate - ideally previous experience working in Dealership
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal skills by demonstrating empathy
  • Can balance and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Have experience with the most common software - Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc.
