What’s a typical day as a Financial Analyst? The principal duties of this position are to investigate, analyze, and prepare invoices that comply with contractual agreements and align with company controls and procedures. Typical responsibilities include:
- Apply provisions of Customer contracts to generate Customer invoices, estimates, and quotes
- Analyze invoices for internal error corrections before submission; Ensure accuracy of sales order material and labor charges
- Reconcile Customer accounts with Customer’s accounts receivable
- Meet internal and customer metrics on invoice timeliness and accuracy
The Financial Analyst job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
- Advanced skills in Excel (required)
- Bachelor’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree in progress with relevant work experience (required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (required)
- Proven ability to independently resolve problems (required)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with individuals and/or teams cross-functionally at all levels of the organization (required)
- AR/AP experience generating invoices related to engine repairs (preferred)
- SAP experience (highly preferred)
