We’re seeking Food Production Workers to join the team at a leading candy producer in Union City, CA. If you love chocolate, this is the place for you! With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.

Shifts available

• 1st Shift - M-F, 6:00am-2:30pm, $16.00
• 2nd Shift - M-F, 2:00pm-10:30pm, $16.20
• 3rd Shift - M-F, 10:00pm-6:30am, $16.70

Primary Job Duties:

• Communicate any safety or quality issues to supervisors
• Inspect finished product for quality standards
• Sanitize production lines post-production runs
• Order picking
• Packing and packaging items for shipment

Minimum Qualifications

• No experience necessary - we train and are looking for individuals with long-term potential!
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility
  • Job duties may change depending on employee experience and strengths. We want to find the best fit for you!
• Maintain a safe work environment, particularly when it comes to PPE, employee performance, and operating assigned production equipment
