Human Resources Information Management (HRIM) Supervisor
Operations Supervisor Functional Service Provider FSP SUMMARY.
The Operations Supervisor reports to Senior Manager of Kelly s Functional Service Provider FSP program and supports the Integrated Operations Lead providing centrally managed solutions to clients across the US and EMEA.
Description:
- The Operations Supervisor is intended to provide operational and client relationship support for regulatory, medical, or clinical operations teams servicing one of our main clients based in PA and NJ.
- The FSP program supports positions in Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Data Management, and others.
- The Operations Supervisor supports customer relationships, assists in the management of employee performance and development.
- Provides administrative support including onboarding of new employees, time approval, expense report processing, PTO tracking, and basic HR needs and the FSP program as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer relationships Maintain regular contact with clients/employees to ensure satisfaction surrounding existing program performance and workforce output Collect and disseminate client feedback through appropriate Kelly FSP leadership channels to service client needs.
- Collaborate with all Kelly FSP stakeholders to deliver a scalable, efficient, and sustainable service delivery operations platform for this large client.
- Work closely with recruiting team to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations for the service delivery, compliance, continuous improvement and quality standards required by the client.
- Achieve and exceed program goals across each product/solution.
Personnel management
- Maintain regular contact with employees to ensure the following:
1. Ensure client and candidate satisfaction
2. program processes are understood
3. training needs are recognized and addressed
4. professional development plans/opportunities are defined and guided
5. Conduct formalized semi-annual and annual performance evaluations Ensure industrial compliance of client needs through contractor training Act as first POC for basic HR support payroll, PTO, etc.
6. Review and approve time sheets Approve and track PTO Submit bonuses If planned e.g., 6mo, 1yr, per Offer Letter, etc., track and submit without prompting If requested, submit accordingly
7. Approve submit expense reports to Payroll, and update respective client’s monthly invoices
- Recruitment Engagement Submit new requisitions to trigger recruitment.
- Review job description parameters with recruiters and submit questions to client; share client feedback with recruiters.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with client and recruiters.
- Track client names/branches, respective openings job title, date opened, and candidates submitted names, dates.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor s degree preferred with 3 years of experience within the staffing industry.
- A thorough understanding of staffing solutions highly desirable Entrepreneurial spirit and drive coupled with a strong understanding of operations and how it ties into business development and customer service is critical.
- Strong goal orientation with a strong commitment to quality and ethical behavior as well as a proven track record in business development and growing operations.
- Must be detail oriented, technologically savvy, highly independent, and capable of working in a flexible environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills Willingness to travel up to 25 between local sites as needed
