Kelly is looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist for a great customer of ours near Erlanger, KY. This is a Temp to Hire position! Duties:

  • Partner with the human resource team to ensure all processes and initiatives involving recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, leave, and compliance are completed accurately and timely.
  • Working with others on the team, the position will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of all data and records in each of the operating systems, generating and maintaining standard and custom reports used by the organization and within the department, maintaining the employee portal, generating communication and correspondence for the human resource department, and ensuring the organization remains compliant with all government laws and regulations.
  • Assist in Human Resources and Benefits administrative functions
  • Actively maintain HRIS database, electronic personnel records, and other human resource systems to ensure records are accurate and updated in a timely manner.
  • Follow the organization's retention and destruction policies Maximize systems technological capabilities to reduce manual processes and improve data management and efficiency
  • Organize and maintain the HR shared network drive Backup the Assistant to the National Human Resources Director on entering requisitions and invoice information
  • Assist with the payroll process by entering personal information, payment adjustments, departmental changes, new hires, terminations, bonuses, and any other applicable information
  • Search for and obtain information from human resources systems, files, or other sources for the administration and compliance of employee benefits and yearly audits
  • Consult, prepare, and produce reports for various levels of management by accessing the needed information from the HRIS system Accurately generate all reports required for actuaries, government agencies, and all external organizations as needed
  • Receive, maintain, and respond to all correspondence from individual states pertaining to unemployment claims
  • Receive, summarize, and prepare all workplace accommodation requests for review by the HR Director
  • Coordinate approved leave programs through third party contractor, including but not limited to STD, FMLA, and ADA and ensure the organization remains current on all changing Federal, State, and Local regulations Handle workers compensation and OSHA recordkeeping
  • Responsible for the sending and receiving of employee information to an authorized third party contractor for employee anniversary tenure awards
  • Assist with the processing of hours in the timekeeping system for payroll and assist with entering and terminating temporary employees in the system and create badges as needed
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations including FMLA, FLSA, ADAA and EEO or any other federal, state, or local agency Assist in the processing and adjudication of performance evaluations in the performance management system
  • Maintain employee confidence and protect HR operations by keeping all information confidential Other duties as assigned by management

Experience:

  • Interest and true desire to work and grow in an HR function
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Working Experience with HRIS systems preferably UKG systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability
