Kelly Scientific is looking for an Inventory Management Specialist in Madison, WI!

Responsibilities:

• Perform Cycle Counts and Inventory Control activities
• Maintain computerized inventory software to record, track, and control all inventory related data. (SAP, Excel, and Word)
• Analyze sales and inventory records and compares them to physical inventory
• Support Inventory receiving activities for GMP Operations
• Report any inventory discrepancies to department management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all stockrooms
• Enter in orders for new supplies
• Locate and removes expired or obsolete inventory, both physically and in our ERP system
• Work with management to proactive reduce inventory discrepancies
• Coordinate the review and revision of inventory procedures, specifications, and forms
• Retrieve items from pick orders
• Unload deliveries and stores them appropriately in the stockroom
• Physical labor such as lifting and moving heavy boxes of supplies may be required on a regular basis
• Participate in department and company meetings
• Other job functions as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or associate degree with 2 years of related experience
• 2 years' related experience in supply chain or similar department, preferably in a cGMP operating environment, with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities
• Proficient with MS Office suite of products
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP solutions, knowledge of SAP a plus
• Able to work at computer for extended periods of time
