KELLY SERVICES IS HIRING FOR A PT LEGAL OFFICE CLERK FOR A COMPANY LOCATED IN WILMINGTON, DE!!
- 1st Shift Hours
- 15-20 hours a week-3 day week
- $17 an hour
- Temporary Assignment
JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for providing administrative support to the Legal Department team members including but not limited to maintenance of legal records and department files, completing and organizing information, and general administrative support (set up meetings, obtain required signatures, handle mail, etc.).
- Assists attorneys and paralegals with special projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Post-secondary education strongly preferred such as an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or legal field or currently enrolled in such program.
- Demonstrated skill and experience in effectively supporting sensitive and confidential situations.
- Position requires poise, tact, and diplomacy. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Well-developed organizational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated skill with attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials.
- Advanced experience with software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, contract, and other databases, and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
