What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operators position at Kelly?

- Pay: $15.07- $18.71
- 3rd Shift: 11:00pm- 7:00am, Sunday- Thursday
- Pay: $15.57- $19.21
- Overtime on Saturday’s when needed
- $750 referral bonus opportunity
- $1000 to $2000 conversion bonus (once hired in)
What’s a typical day as an entry-level Machine Operator? You’ll be:
- Performing all functions of parts manufacturing within the department; molding, finishing, and packaging
- Operating all equipment within the department, including molding presses, trimmers, post cure ovens, and springing machines
- Material handling of components, finished parts, and supplies
- Packaging parts to conform to company and customer specifications
- Inspecting the parts being produced using approved methods
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not essential
- Must be able to operate machinery, inspect, and package products
- Must be capable of lifting boxes of components and finished products up to 50 pounds
