What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mainenance Admin position at Kelly?
Kelly Services is now accepting applications for a Maintenance Admin to be working at our client location in Farmington, CT.
The Maintenance Admin Quality Inspector will be responsible for administrative, supervisory, and participatory work in the renovation, maintenance, repair, security and custodial care of designated customer buildings, appurtenances, machines, and systems. This position will work Monday through Friday, 7:00AM until 3:30PM, but overtime may be available. Pay rate is $18-$23/hour.
Job duties will include:
- Project coordination and management and will be handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain department's KPIs, support budget planning/control and expense monitoring.
- TPM (total productive maintenance) system and program management - including coordination and prioritization of machine and systems repairs utilizing internal and external resources.
- Provide administrative support to the manager and supervisor levels of facilities operations.
- Takes maintenance requests, distributing and closing out work orders as required.
- Coordinates service requests as needed.
- Assists with the initiation of purchase orders as requested by management or other involved parties.
- Fleet management: vehicles record keeping - registering and licensing, maintenance - maintain vehicle service and inspection records to ensure compliance with manufacturers' servicing schedules or leasing companies' maintenance requirements.
- Ensures vehicles are cleaned and fueled, responsible to inspect vehicles condition before pickup and when their returned and keep them in good working order.
- Inventory management for maintenance related materials and supplies.
Requirements:
- Must be able to multi-task and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in facilities maintenance or in an admin support role
- Must be computer proficient and able to use Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Previous SAP experience is a plus
- This position will be required to work 100% in office (NOT virtual)
