Kelly® is hiring an experienced remote medical billing/coding Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in Minneapolis, MN!
Why you should apply for this medical billing CSR position:
- Temp to hire opportunity
- Pay rate: $20-$22
- Remote opportunity: this position trains on-site for one week, and then you will work from home
- Full-time: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
What your duties as a medical billing CSR will include:
- Answer high volume inbound phone calls
- Provide callers with accurate and detailed information in regards to billing
- Notate accurate information into the system
This medical billing CSR position might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a HS or GED
- Are proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer
- Have related medical billing/medical coding experience (required)
- EPIC experience is a bonus
- Have excellent communication skills
