What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Admin position at Kelly?
Kelly Services is looking for a Temporary Office Admin Assistant/Receptionist for a busy Contractor in Apopka, FL
- Pay- $16/hour
- Schedule- Mon-Friday 7am-3:30pm
- Start date- Monday, April 25th for about 2-3 months
- Temporary but may become permanent
Position details/Requirements
- Proficient computer skills- MS Office, Excel and Outlook
- Customer service- pick up calls and provide information or solve a problem.
- Attention to detail- Review a job tracker and make determinations of a job whether they are completed and/or need to be billed.
- Data Entry skills- will enter data into an Excel spreadsheet
- Looking for someone who is easy going, a team player and gets along well with others. The position is temporary but it can become a permanent position.
