Project Manager - IT Infrastructure - Southfield, MI
Kelly Technology has an immediate need for a Project Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing technology projects in the Infrastructure IT area and their cost, time, and scope.
The main tasks include leading the project and communication planning, allocating tasks and setting milestones, managing project implementation, testing, going live and creating project documentation.
As part of rebuild of infrastructure & local it services, you will be responsible for tracking and managing projects for implementations of many sites and technologies. These include, network circuits and hardware, server, storage, collaboration updates, and other infrastructure technologies applicable.
The Business must be supported by on time and in budget implementations with strategic and economic considerations.
IT must act both, as an enabler for the business and as a technology innovator for relevant IT areas and provide appropriate applications to support the Business.

Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for leading the targeted implementation of business requirements and IT solutions in projects of various sizes.
- Advance and facilitate design of solution concepts in cooperation with Business and various IT sub-departments.
- Supervise and apply our change and release management process, especially the coordination and moderation of the process.
- Scope and design of training framework and courses, workshops and process optimizations around business process and applications.
- Ownership and instruction on project management tools, methodologies, and processes.
- Optimize and guide project deliverables, schedule, and budgeting.
- Facilitate and align collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully.
- Develop and Create presentations and reports to communicate project status.
- Organize and supervise project tasks and schedules.
- You have a degree in Business Informatics / Business Administration / Process Management or a comparable degree
- You have 2-5 years practical experience in the implementation and control of projects
- Have good skills in root cause analysis, and being solution-oriented.
- PMP Certification is preferred.
