Salary- $62,000
Duties/Responsibilities
Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare recruitment materials; post jobs to specifications
Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media
Screen candidates’ job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Onboard new employees
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide the IGF leadership team with analytical and well documented recruiting reports
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote IGF’s reputation as a “best place to work”
Qualifications (required)
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field or work experience
Two to three years of proven work experience as a recruiter
General knowledge of labor and employment laws
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, virtual interviewing, background checks, etc.)
Strong decision-making and negotiating skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work virtually to accomplish goals (Microsoft Teams, GoToMeetings, etc.)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to organize and plan
Ability to work as a member of a diverse team
Ability to performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications (desired)
Advanced degree in the Human Resources field
SHRM-CP or PHR certified
Physical Requirements
Must be able to sustain prolonged periods of being seated
Must be able to bend, lift (at least 25lb.), stretch, and climb ladders
Must be able to work in an office and warehouse setting
