We are seeking a Recruiter for a leading manufacturing company in Oxford, North Carolina!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm (hours flexible) On Site Role

Assignment: 4-6 months

Pay: $35/hour

Responsibilities

• Assistance with marketing and community outreach efforts
• Willingness to work with outside vendors to achieve recruiting goals
• Building relationships to leverage all available outlets to increase applicant activity
• Screening and coordinating interactions with candidates
• Partnering with Oxford team to facilitate interviews
• Provide general admin support with the onboarding process for New Hires

Skills

• Associate's degree or comparable experience
• Excellent Communication
• Ability to Multi-task and well organized
• Recruiting Experience (screening, contacting applicants)-High volume preferred
• Microsoft Office
• New hire onboarding experience
