During a typical day, you will...
… prepare: hiring manager in-take calls, write job descriptions, advertise on job boards.
… source: browse existing talent pool, scour the internet for talent, keep hiring manager informed.
… screen: look at resumes, conduct phone calls, explore possible fit with passive and active candidates.
… select: partner with hiring manager, use structured interview guides, schedule interviews.
… hire: perform screenings, check references, support hiring manager in selection process.
… onboard: help new hires through paperwork, regular check ins, keep hiring managers updated.
