SAP CRM ANALYST (Sales Cloud)

Location: Howell, MI (Hybrid)

Duration: Direct Hire/FTE

Kelly Technology is currently recruiting for a SAP CRM Analyst to help support our clients Sales Org. Candidates should be able to perform administration, help define new features, work with dev to roll out and conduct reviews with business teams to ensure requirements are met. Also, any experience with analytics/reporting and dashboard creation is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience managing SAP Sales Cloud or C4C. If candidates do not have prior SAP experience then other similar CRM solutions are acceptable including Salesforce Sales Cloud or MS Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Identify user needs and develop strategies by which to meet those needs.
• Design, implement and evaluate solutions to meet strategic objectives of the organization.
• Administration and support of global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C)/Sales Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud and collaboration system SAP JAM including user setup, security, profiles, custom objects, workflow rules, and reports.
• Lead initiatives related to system integration, data migration and data cleansing.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility to data.
• Establish and continually enhance user-based dashboards and analytics including on-demand reporting.
• Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience managing CRM and marketing automation platforms software; SAP or C4C/Sales Cloud, including creating executive level dashboards and reporting key metrics preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
• Strong project management experience including, planning and organizational skills.
