Shipping III

KELLY SERVICES IS RECRUITING FOR A SHIPPING TECHNICIAN III FOR ONE OF OUR CLIENTS IN THE NEW KENSINGTON, PA AREA!! THIS IS A DIRECT-HIRE POSITION!!

• $15/hr. ($2 shift differential for 2nd shift)

• 1st shift = 6 am - 2 pm / 2nd shift = 2 pm - 10 pm
• Direct-Hire

FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES:

• Quote shipping costs, both Domestic and International Shipping

• Responsible for shipping all packages accurately and efficiently.

• Track shipments for customer service when an issue arises with a particular shipment.

• Ensure all shipments are shipped to meet their in-hand dates.

• Prepare all LTL and Truckload shipments

• Completion and distribution of shipping paperwork.

EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)

• Knowledge of Dynamics, Dyna Inventory and Agile Shipping System

• Strong organizational skills.

• Capable of lifting up to 45 lbs., use of dollies and pallets are available.

• Ability to handle multiple task and priorities.

• Use of dollies and pallet jacks are a must

• Strong attention to detail.

• Must be able to work well independently or with others.

• Knowledge of warehousing duties and clerical background a plus.

• Must be a team player that interacts well with other employees and other departments.

• Safety Footwear Required

• Minimum of 3 months in current position.
