TALENT ACQUISITION - RECRUITER
Immediate need for Large international Pharma client in Allentown area. This is an awesome opportunity to work with an industry leader looking to expand HR staff due to business/volume growth.
Develops various sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
Full-life cycle staffing activities including partnering with the leadership in the development of strategic staffing plans
Provide consultation to hiring managers regarding interview and offer process
Coordinate sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment and offer activities.
Partners with hiring managers to develop individualized recruitment strategy for position
Coordinates drug screens, background checks, and new hire orientation.
Monitors quality of agency relationships

Qualifications
BA/BA degree
Minimum 5 years recruitment / staffing experience
Strong computer skills
