What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Clerk? You’ll be:

Purchasing parts for our stock inventory to support machines operating in the field. Assists the top 5 customer accounts and manages harvest planning and scheduling. Assisting our customers with all requests for pricing, identification, and the purchase of parts required to maintain their equipment.

• Responsible for inventory control of components.
• Serve as a liaison between customer service, vendors, manufacturers, customers, and other partners to ensure the proper ordering, purchase, movement, installation and/or servicing of equipment and goods.
• Requests recommended spare parts from suppliers for all new machines purchased
• Communicates customer requirements to the manufacturer when placing orders.

• Communicates customer requests to manufacturers for price and availability quotes.
• Provides sales order confirmations to customers and ensures accuracy for all orders placed.
• Understands, documents, and communicates customer requirements, and specifications including quantity, scheduling delivery, and any other critical information to customers.
• Performs accurate collection of data required for customers and stock purchase orders.
• Reviews invoices for discrepancies and errors.
• Analyzes product demand, trends, and forecasts; adjusts inventory plans accordingly
• Writing correspondence to customers and suppliers.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• 2 years of customer service, Logistics, or inventory control
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Has valid CA driver’s License
• Strong oral and written skills along with math proficiency
• Skilled in working with computer-based inventory and purchasing system software.
• Experience performing under heavy demands with a low error ratio
