Duties
- Work with Systems and Products Lead to manage roadmaps and priorities
- Create and maintain fluid and effective project schedules and adhere to deadlines and delivery
- Communicate cross function resource needs for projects to resource managers and project sponsors and advocate for additional resources when necessary
- Manage and handle project risks
- Communicate and work with internal and external DM teams to mitigate risks and clear roadblocks
- Oversee cross-dependencies of complex programs that can span multiple functions
- Facilitate work intake, initiation, scoping, planning, and execution
- Build and maintain project execution plans including approach, scope, tasks, duration, work effort, dependencies, planning assumptions, risk profile, team structuring, staffing, resource allocation, and deliverable definitions
- Anticipate and resolve issues and risks
- Build and adhere to the project's communication plan and ensure compliance with all reporting requirements including communication of project status to all project stakeholders and steering committees
- Measure project progress against agreed upon objectives and success criteria
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience with applied project or program management in an agile, waterfall, and hybrid environment
- Experience managing projects with at least 6 team members
- Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and change management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
- Proficient in Smartsheets
- Strong verbal, written, and instant communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work with a multi-cultural team in a high collaborative environment
- Relevant management experience and/or specialties in IT or agriculture industry
- Experience in integrating automation controls into manufacturing processes
