Responsibilities
The Mandated Materials Manager has oversight for end-to-end development of all KelseyCare Advantage marketing and member materials (e.g., Annual Notice of Change, Summary of Benefits, Evidence of Coverage for all plan benefit packages, pharmacy directory, provider directory) in compliance with CMS regulations and business requirements. This position will have full accountability for managing, writing, and revising materials with document coding technology while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery to production partners. The Mandated Materials Manager will be responsible for submitting all CMS-required materials and collateral to Compliance for timely review and approval. This position collaborates with partners in other functional business areas to ensure workflow processes, scope and interdependencies are defined and addressed. The manager will lead delivery of workflow process improvements and enhancements related to these materials. This position will also have oversight for in-house fulfillment activities of mandated member materials.

Salary Range: $107,931- $133,328 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Education
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Experience
Required:
5 years combined health plan member and marketing materials development and compliance experience in Medicare Managed Care environment
5 years of supervisory or management experience
Preferred: Prior experience with document management systems. Experience managing printers, mailing houses, translators and other vendors a plus. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management. Proven ability to work independently, collaborate, and develop alternative solutions to resolve issues under tight timeframes. Comfortable making decisions and driving process improvements. Strong collaborator who can influence change to improve performance results, workflows, and organization effectiveness.
