Business Development Specialist
The EFBU Business Development Specialist reports directly to the General Manager of E-Commerce Fulfillment and will support future growth initiatives of the e-Commerce Business Unit. Focus of this position will center around immediate and long-term acquisition of SMB in the e-Commerce retail space, including conceiving, implementing, and refining the go-to-market strategy, tracking lead generation activities, refining sales pitch and related marketing collateral.
- OUTCOME: Acquire new e-Commerce fulfillment customers within the identified EFBU ICPs
- Acquisition of targeted SMB e-Commerce customers
- Use Membrain CRM to track activity and refine our go-to-market approach
- Continue training on Sandler sales techniques to optimize your selling capabilities
- Attend trade shows and industry conferences to identify new business opportunities
- OUTCOME: Build, deliver, and execute sales opportunities within the EFBU to achieve annual sales targets
- In conjunction with the EFBU lead; Conceive, implement, and refine the go-to-market strategy by leveraging prospect interviews and voice of the customer feedback
- Communicate progress to goals, pipeline, and other key sales metrics by using Membrain CRM
- Manage a combination

- Demonstrate a genuine sense of urgency for all Company and people related issues, priorities, and concerns
Business Development Specialist
Bachelors degree in a business-related field required; curriculum emphasis in Finance and/or Economics supply chain, logistics, transportation preferred
MBA strongly preferred
7-10 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility
3-5 years of experience in of private equity and/or real estate
Experience interfacing with C-Level executives
Proficiency in Microsoft (office, word, excel, outlook)
Ability to lead and accomplish projects without direct authority
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
